I think it was a difficult process which was mainly due to problems of communication caused by the three different time zones we were operating in (i.e. Ghana, Australia and the USA). I would like to suggest that the issue of communication could be resolved by including the architects in direct communication with the clients. This is because we feel that the current arrangement of you transmitting our requests to them not only lengthened the process but sometimes some information was slightly changed in the process, which in turn, led to more requests from us. Having a three-way conference simultaneously could have easily resolved this problem.
